Drive customer acquisition and business growth.
Monitor sales KPIs and branch performance.
Ensure smooth daily operations across all branches.
Maintain high standards of customer service and showroom presentation.
Improve operational processes and implement best practices.
Lead, coach, and develop branch PICs and sales teams.
Analyse sales and operational reports to identify improvement opportunities.
Work closely with management to achieve company goals.
Travel between branches in Kemaman, Dungun, and Kuala Terengganu as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail or smartphone industry.
