Role purpose

The Head of Sales owns Signa's revenue engine. This role leads the full commercial function from pipeline strategy to closed contracts and is responsible for building a high‑performing sales team while staying close to strategic deals. They don't just manage; they set the standard for how Signa sells. Success in this role is measured through revenue attainment and team performance.
