Overview
As Head of Sales at Umbrella BPO, you will be responsible for overall sales strategy and driving sales growth. You will work closely with Umbrella leadership to understand the needs, develop strategic plans, and ensure the successful delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Sales and Business Development: Develop entire sales strategy, identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and present proposals to potential clients, negotiate contracts and close sales deals
