Head of Revenue Ops — Architect AI‑Driven GTM Engine

BLP Digital AG, a Switzerland-based SaaS scaleup, is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Operations to own the operating system behind our commercial org. You will design and implement AI-native workflows connecting Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to drive growth.

You'll lead the RevOps function from scratch, align compensation, territory planning, quotas, and forecasting, and partner with Finance, Product and Engineering to scale toward €100M+ ARR.
