Head of QA / Testing Performance Testing

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Testing to lead our enterprise-wide Performance Testing and Quality Engineering function. This senior leadership role will oversee testing strategy, delivery, governance, performance engineering, and end-to-end delivery across complex banking domains.

• Lead and manage large team for all Performance Testing & Engineering activities across multiple business domains, ensuring robust performance, resiliency, scalability, and reliability of mission‑critical banking systems.
• Define enterprise‑level performance testing strategies, standards, and governance frameworks in alignment with SDLC processes, while partnering closely with engineering, DevOps, and architecture teams.
