Head of Projects – Electrification & Automation (Flexible Hours)

VEO Oy is seeking an experienced Head of Projects to lead and develop our project management operations within industrial customer projects. You will drive project execution excellence, foster collaboration with sales and engineering, and ensure profitable delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

You will manage a high-performing PM team, plan resources, and support negotiations, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with VEO's strategic goals.
