Responsibilities:

• Manage, review, and evolve project management processes for efficiency and quality.
• Integrate sponsorship and marketing into projects
• Identify and manage diverse revenue streams including ticketing, sponsorship, and partnerships.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development for the Project Management team.
• Support senior management in budgeting, reporting, and business planning.
• Develop and implement training and development pathways for project team members.
