We are seeking a Production Head to lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations while serving as a key partner to the Operations Manager. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production performance through effective leadership of production leaders and operators, while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong people management skills, capable of coordinating multiple shifts, developing frontline leaders, and maintaining a high-performance culture on the production floor. Key Responsibilities
