Role
We're looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to lead our user acquisition efforts across Tier-1 markets (U.S., UK, Canada, Australia). This person will own strategy and execution for scaling performance marketing through collaboration with product, creative, analytics, and MarTech teams.
This is a key leadership role responsible for managing large budgets, a cross-functional team, and pushing the boundaries of creative testing and funnel optimization.
Responsibilities
Own the entire performance marketing strategy: planning, execution, testing, and scaling
Manage budgets of $1M–1.5M+ per month, ensuring strong ROI and experimentation velocity
Lead and collaborate with a cross-functional team: UA managers, creative designers, producers, influencer marketers
Partner with product, MarTech, and analytics teams to improve attribution and conversion tracking
