The Head of Organizational Culture & Engagement is responsible for shaping and strengthening the organization's workplace culture and employee experience. The role leads the development and implementation of enterprise-wide engagement initiatives that reinforce company values, strengthen employee connection to the organization, and improve overall employee experience. This includes managing employee engagement surveys, developing culture initiatives, overseeing onboarding experience, and delivering programs that promote participation, collaboration, and organizational alignment.
