Head of Organization Development
The mission of the Head of Organization Development is to lead end‑to‑end transformation initiatives and drives organizational refinement. The role reports to the Chief Growth Officer. It ensures that structures, roles, and ways of working are future‑proofed, strategically aligned, compliant, scalable, and efficient, delivering measurable business outcomes, clarity for employees, value for customers, and fostering collaboration across the organization.
What will you do?
- Optimize organizational structures (spans and layers, roles and responsibilities, decision matrices, etc) and define organizational needs (skills required, gaps and development plans).
- Facilitate role clarity workshops and decision‑making frameworks. Design end‑to‑end organization’s processes in line with the strategy.
