The Role: Head of Operations

This is a critical enterprise leadership role , responsible for building and leading an operations engine that can sustain rapid growth while ensuring efficiency, risk discipline, and social impact.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead nationwide operations across regions, districts, and branches, translating strategy into execution and ensuring consistent, high-quality performance across all levels.

You will serve as a key partner to the executive team in shaping the organization’s operating model for the future.
