**The Role**
The Head of Head of Head of Operations Alternative Investments/Assets will be responsible for leading specialized operations in Mexico related to Alternative Investments/Assets trust structures and pension fund vehicles. This position will oversee the end-to-end administration of Alternative Investments/Assets mandates, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations while delivering accurate, transparent, and timely reporting to both clients and regulators. The role will also be responsible for treasury management, tax services, payroll, and labor matters related to these structures, as well as coordination with global service teams.
You will bring extensive experience in pension fund structures, trusts, or related fund administration, ideally with exposure to CERPIs, CKDs, or other Mexican institutional investment vehicles. Proven leadership experience and a strong knowledge of Mexican regulatory frameworks (CNBV, BMV/BIVA, CONSAR) will be critical.
