Head of Operations (Restaurant SaaS / SMB Tech Experience Required)
We are building one of the leading growth platforms for restaurants in Europe.
We work with thousands of restaurants and help them increase direct orders, automate marketing, and reduce dependency on third-party platforms like Uber Eats and Deliveroo.
We are now looking for a Head of Operations to work directly with the CEO and help scale the company through world-class processes, systems, and AI implementation.
This is NOT a pure RevOps role.
This is NOT a corporate operations job.
This is a hands-on, systems-building leadership role inside a fast-growing SaaS company.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

Checkmate

Uber Eats / Deliveroo / DoorDash
Or similar SMB restaurant platforms
Strong understanding of:
