ABOUT US Le Mini Macaron is a fast-growing premium nail brand sold across Europe, the US, and international markets through DTC e-commerce and major retailers (Sephora, ASOS, Douglas, El Corte Inglés, Zalando, Anthropologie). We operate out of Barcelona with a global supply chain spanning Europe, Asia, and the Americas. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Operations and Logistics Manager to own and lead all logistics and supply chain operations for the group. This is a senior, hands-on management role with direct responsibility for our warehouse partners, international freight, production coordination, and inventory across 150+ SKUs. You will be the operational backbone of the company — managing logistics end to end, building scalable and documented processes, and working directly with the CEO on strategic supply chain decisions.
