Head of New Leasing & Acquisitions This role is responsible for growing and managing a property portfolio, mainly through leasing, acquisitions, developments, and financial performance in the retail/property sector. Main Responsibilities Financial Oversight of Existing Portfolio Ensure properties stay fully occupied and profitable. Monitor vacancies, leasing activity, and tenant mix. Analyze finances to support lease decisions. Grow property value (gross asset value) and improve income. Monitor budgets, profits, costs, and operating margins.
