We have an exciting opportunity for the Head of Network Inclusion, Reporting to the General Manager Passenger Information and Community Relations, the Head of Network Inclusion is an active advocate for all passengers being able to access and use the Metro Trains network.


Working with a team of subject matter experts, and influencing through strategic relationships, the role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that seek to make the Metro Trains network accessible to all.


You’ll play a critical role balancing accessibility related legislative and regulatory requirements, stakeholder perspectives, operational needs and external pressure within a constrained environment.
