Vị trí này sẽ chịu trách nhiệm hoạch định chiến lược và triển khai để phát triển bộ phận MEP, phù hợp với định hướng của Công ty. Đồng thời, giám sát, kiểm tra, cải thiện việc thực hiện, đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn liên quan tới MEP tại các dự án, tòa nhà do Savills quản lý vận hành. Đồng thời, đảm bảo các quy trình, quy định, biểu mẫu liên quan được cập nhật chính xác, kịp thời và triển khai hiệu quả./ This position is responsible for strategic planning and development of the MEP department in line with the company's direction. It also in-volves supervising, examining, and improving implementation to ensure MEP standards across projects and buildings managed by Savills. Furthermore, it ensures that relevant processes, regulations, and forms are updated accurately, timely, and implemented effectively.
