Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end marketing strategy for the product portfolio across all countries.
- Drive product branding, positioning and messaging to maximize adoption, repeat purchase, and
- Lead all marketing initiatives—digital, social, e-commerce, field marketing, events, POS, trade campaigns, and offline channels to directly support sales and revenue growth.
Commercial Accountability
- Drive marketing’s direct contribution to the P&L, including revenue, volume, margin, and ROI from campaigns.
- Set measurable, sales-driven KPIs and ensure marketing spend is disciplined, performance-focused, and revenue-generating.
- Collaborate with other department to translate marketing activities into tangible sales outcomes and distributor productivity improvements.
