Head of Luxury Residential Development – Marbella

Confidential, Marbella, Spain is seeking an experienced Development & Construction Director to lead end-to-end residential project delivery in the Costa del Sol. You will oversee land feasibility, planning and design management through construction, handover and defect resolution.

Reporting to the CEO, you will coordinate with consultants, contractors and authorities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that aligns with the company’s luxury brand standards and maximizes commercial value.
