The Role
As Warehouse Manager / Head of Logistics, you'll run the warehouse day-to-day and own all outbound shipments — B2 B/vendor inbound to Amazon and Flipkart, quick-commerce dispatches, and B2 B shipments to offline customers and distributors. You'll be responsible for throughput, accuracy, dispatch SLAs, and cost — and for building and managing the floor team and contract labor that make it happen.
