Your Role And Work Environment
The Head of Lending is responsible for the commercial performance of the WB Lending Product in Spain, drives the Spanish sector P&L targets and steers on risk/return. As the local Head of Lending, you will be the face of the market and drive commercial strategy for the country, including Capital Velocity, Organizational Health Index (OHI), and Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets. The Head of WB Lending Spain & Portugal is accountable for the performance of the local Lending portfolio, driving the local Lending proposition, working closely within the Sectors and overseeing the Lending Product Control Framework (PCF).
