Legal Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement the company’s overall legal strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor the Legal Department, including lawyers, compliance officers, and paralegals.
- Act as the primary legal adviser to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior management.
Regulatory Compliance and Policy Engagement
- Ensure full compliance with relevant Philippine laws, including: DOE , ERC , DENR , NGCP , PEZA , SEC , LGU rules and permitting requirements.
- EPIRA, Renewable Energy Act, Clean Air Act, environmental and safety regulations.
- Liaise with government agencies and industry regulators regarding licensing, permits, audits, filings, and investigations.
