The Role

As Head of Learning & Organisational Development, you will own the end-to-end portfolio, from leadership development and critical capability building to organisational design, culture and change, early careers and technical learning.

This requires a leader who can set strategic direction, influence at the executive level, and drive consistent execution across a decentralised, project-driven organisation.

You will be accountable for:

  • Defining and leading the Group's learning and organisational development strategy, aligned to business priorities and future capability requirements
  • Delivering a practical, scalable learning portfolio that supports safe and effective project delivery spanning leadership programs, technical skills and early careers
  • Leading organisational development initiatives that improve effectiveness, culture and performance across the enterprise
