Primary objectives:
Provide strategic global leadership for the Learning Experience function, directing the design, development, and delivery of transformative, industry‑leading learning programs that close performance, skills, and behavioural gaps while maintaining rigorous compliance with Registered Training Organization (RTO) audit, governance, and regulatory standards.
