As Head of Landscape IT, you are responsible for the central Enterprise IT infrastructure that supports our global business across 22 countries, 1,500 stores and 18 local head offices. You will lead the team that defines and manages the IT landscape of Rituals, making sure our foundation is reliable, secure and ready for tomorrow.
In this role, you bring together strategy, continuity and continuous improvement within a complex international environment. You will lead a team of approximately 8 FTE, consisting of both internal and external colleagues, and help them grow while setting clear direction.
