Job Summary
You will lead the end-to-end human resource strategy and daily HR operations for a company in the administrative and support services industry, ensuring compliance with Singapore labour laws and managing workforce planning, payroll, employee relations, and vendor partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive human resource strategies aligned with business goals in the administrative and support services sector
- Develop and implement HR policies, employment handbook, performance appraisal frameworks, and compensation and benefits structures compliant with the Singapore Employment Act
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention strategies for both local and foreign employees
