The Head of HR & Talent Acquisition, Spain is responsible for leading recruitment and broader HR activity across our growing F&B Spanish portfolio. The role is pivotal in building and sustaining our talent pipeline across event‑led F&B operations and football stadia, while also supporting the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with operational leaders, this role partners the business on both hiring and people matters, navigating the Spanish hospitality landscape, local employment practices, and regional talent markets. This is a hands‑on role, combining talent acquisition delivery with HR generalist responsibilities. While supported by the broader OVG international HR team, this individual will act as the primary HR presence in Spain.

This role pays an annual salary of €38,300 - €47,850 and is bonus eligible.
