Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full handover process for completed developments
- Build, supervise, and develop the Handover team
- Ensure smooth unit handovers to owners, investors, and tenants
- Coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, Customer Care, Facilities Management, and Property Management teams
- Oversee snagging, de‑snagging, inspections, and final readiness of units
- Manage handover timelines, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Implement and optimize handover procedures and workflows
- Ensure compliance with Dubai developer and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing a Handover team
- Mandatory experience within a developer company in Dubai
- Strong background in high‑rise residential developments (villa projects are not relevant)
