The Head of Growth - Philippines will lead the identification, validation and execution of new growth opportunities across all sales channels. This role combines commercial strategy, sales execution, trade and ecommerce knowledge, local consumer insight and creative growth thinking.
The successful candidate must understand the Philippines market deeply, including local culture, consumer behavior, shopper behavior, channel dynamics and frontline sales realities. This is a hands‑on leadership role that requires regular fieldwork with sales teams, customers, stores, trade partners and digital channels.
