In this role you will lead Spendesk's growth marketing, shaping the full demand-gen engine across Europe. You’ll guide a team of marketers and growth engineers, acting as a senior GTM leader with deep technical chops and strong commercial sense. Expect to partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to drive pipeline, revenue, and experiments that improve conversion and ROI. You will own attribution, martech strategy, and a rigorous test-and-learn culture to scale growth and impact.
