The business is already doing ~$7M run rate , growing quickly, and built around premium functional supplements. This hire is about owning and scaling the growth engine , not managing agencies or presenting decks.

The growth model is simple

• Amazon is the business (revenue, margin, scale)
• TikTok creates demand and feeds that engine
• Your job is to make those two work together, every day

What you will own

• Amazon end to end
• This is full channel ownership, not support
• TikTok as a demand lever
• Organic, creators, affiliates, paid where it makes sense
• The goal is downstream impact, not vanity metrics
