Head of Gold Processing & CIL Plant Reliability

GATESOURCE HR is seeking a Chief Processing Plant Engineer in Buenos Aires, responsible for technical leadership and operational reliability of a gold processing plant. The role involves coordinating engineering, maintenance, and optimizing plant performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering and at least five years of supervisory experience in the mining or heavy industry. Professional certification and a strong reliability background are preferred.
