Head of Financial Control & Governance

Mashreq Bank seeks a Chartered Accountant with 15–18 years of banking experience to lead and strengthen its financial control framework. You will oversee governance and accounting integrity across products, processes, and geographies, coordinating with Finance, Risk, IT, and Internal Audit.

The role requires strong IFRS knowledge, an automation mindset, and the ability to drive control improvements in a complex regulatory environment.
