This position will be responsible for managing the Shared Service Operational Finance and oversee day‑to‑day activities ensuring a quality service is delivered in each area.
Key Responsibilities
- Creation of high performing team, responsible for attraction and retention of team members with the right skills and experience.
- Leadership and management of the team, responsible for inspiring, leading and coaching team members, setting objectives and holding regular performance reviews.
- Ensure team members remain competent in their roles, actively assess performance, identifying knowledge gaps and putting plans in place to rectify any underperformance/operational issues.
- Lead the documenting of processes and procedures working closely with UK Well teams to ensure task/activity accuracy.
