Job Description
As a Head of Finance & Controlling UK, you will play a pivotal role in the finance team, supporting operational and strategic financial management across the business. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and will have the opportunity to influence key financial decisions and be supported by the regional head of controlling.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and ownership of monthly management accounts and financial reporting.Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support decision-making.Supporting cashflow management and providing recommendations to senior management.Preparation of year-end audit files and liaison with external auditors.Development of financial models and reporting tools to drive business performance.Supporting and mentoring finance team members.Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
