Head of Experience & Operational Excellence

talabat is looking for a Director Experience Fraud and Operational Excellence to lead the customer experience function across MENA. This role requires overseeing strategies that ensure customer and partner satisfaction while managing substantial budgets. You will influence product directions and develop senior teams, driving the culture of data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in customer experience or strategy, combined with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
