As the Head of Enterprise Account Management at Gett, you will lead and manage the company's Strategic/Key Accounts team, with the primary goal of maximizing mutual business value, ensuring significant revenue growth, increasing Share of Wallet (SOW) among existing clients, and strengthening client retention while substantially reducing churn (Churn Reduction). This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and proven expertise in managing complex client relationships at the senior executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Hire, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise CSMs; set clear individual and team KPIs and track performance.
