**Job Purpose**
Aligned with our vision to build and maintain innovative solutions.
Leverages Sanofi standards and systems for capital planning & delivery, automation infrastructure & data configuration, equipment design, operations and maintenance.
Ensures appropriate design, execution and condition of maintenance management of utilities/equipment/facilities, ensuring an optimal asset utilization. Contributes to build a site Master Plan and provides operational support in execution of small/medium projects within budget, schedule and specification.
**Job responsibilities**
+ Is responsible for defining and deploying engineering strategies, including resources management, in alignment with the business objectives.
+ Provides input and studies to support decision making process with Site leadership team and central functions about Strategic Planning & Site Master plan design.
