The Head of Engineering is accountable for the reliability, performance, and conformity of mechanical components used in heavy industrial equipment operating in demanding environments. The position oversees external manufacturing partners, ensures technical validation of suppliers, controls production methods, and defines the long-term development strategy for component portfolios. The role also leads the resolution of quality issues through to completion, validates critical technical choices, and plays a direct role in strengthening the robustness and competitiveness of the overall product offering.
