Head of Engineering & Projects (Modulus)

Accountabilities

• Manage Tier3 (T3, < 5M€) capex projects on site.
• Drive site Capex committees; manage evaluation and prioritization of site projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Decide on initiation and manage funding of capital projects.
• Provide project feasibility evaluation and technical front‑end studies input to support decision‑making process with site leadership team and central functions.
• Manage (process) engineering technical support for Manufacturing team.
• Provide input to Site Master Plan & Strategy Planning.
• Manage project execution work packages, inclusive of contract management, phasing of spending and progress tracking.
• Own deliverables associated with T3 project end‑to‑end workstream; from design, procurement, construction and C & Q.
