A well-established firm in Cebu City involve with construction and real estate industries is seeking for an Engineering Head to be based here in Metro Manila as part of its local expansion.
Work set up: Hybrid as he will be visiting site projects all over Philippines (mon-sat); permanent and full time
*There is no office based in Metro Manila and if not visiting projects sites, he will be working from home (only visiting Cebu office when needed; all expenses will be paid by the company)
Job Summary:
As a senior technical authority, he will institutionalize world-class project delivery frameworks, integrating BIM and ISO systems while operating within the EOS framework. He will manage multi-disciplinary teams and navigate complex Philippine regulatory environment (Marina, PPA, DENR) to ensure operational readiness.
