Modulus Housing is seeking a highly experienced Head of Engineering to lead the design,
engineering, and technical development of next-generation prefab and modular building
systems.
This is a strategic leadership role for an engineering professional who has successfully
delivered large-scale steel building projects and built high-performing engineering teams
across PEB, prefab, precast, modular, or industrialized construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the structural engineering, BIM, detailing, and technical design functions.
Drive engineering excellence across steel structures, PEB, modular, prefab, and industrialized construction projects.
Develop scalable engineering systems, standards, and processes that improve quality, speed, and project profitability.
