Head of Engineering — Cybersecurity & Scale (Remote, EMEA)

Exein is looking for a Head of Engineering to scale its engineering organization during a pivotal growth phase. In this remote role, you'll lead teams while collaborating closely with the CTO and other department heads.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years in software engineering, including 3–4 years in leadership. Experience in cybersecurity is advantageous. A competitive salary between €120K - 150K is offered.
