As the Head of Employee Benefits Partnerships , you will lead our B2B offer to other companies with our products (especially the aligner therapy). Your primary mission is to identify, negotiate, and close deals with corporate benefits providers, HR tech platforms, insurance brokers, and aggregators to embed our product as a premium perk within their corporate packages.

• Strategic Pipeline Management: Identify and map out top-tier corporate benefit providers, perk providers (e.g., Fond, Perkbox), HRIS ecosystems, and corporate insurance brokers.
