The E-Commerce Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Muntinlupa City . This position is responsible for developing and executing the Company's overall e-commerce strategy to drive sustainable online sales growth, profitability, and customer engagement across all digital commerce channels.
The role leads the management of online marketplaces, brand-owned websites, digital merchandising, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer experience initiatives. Working closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Finance, and Customer Service teams, the E-Commerce Head ensures seamless end-to-end online operations while identifying new business opportunities that strengthen the Company's digital presence and competitive advantage.
