About The Role
As Head of Driver, Spain, this role will lead growth, performance, and innovation across Spain's driver ecosystem to support long-term market success. This will include:
- Drive driver growth across key supply segments, including PHV, fleet partners, and Taxi
- Manage strategic relationships with key external partners and third-party stakeholders
- Accelerate Taxi growth and strengthen Uber's position as a leading multi-mobility platform in Spain
- Improve driver engagement, retention, and overall marketplace health
- Lead the Driver Operations team to execute strategic priorities and operational initiatives
- Identify structural opportunities to unlock supply growth and improve operational performance
- Help shape the long-term driver and supply strategy for Spain
