Head of Digital Strategy, AI & Operational Transformation

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a multi-year digital roadmap aligned with Singapore’sConstruction ITM (Industry Transformation Map) .
• AI & Data Analytics: Deploy AI-driven solutions for predictive maintenance, project risk assessment, and automated quantity surveying to enhance decision-making.
• Operational Excellence: Redesign workflows usingBIM (Building Information Modeling) andVDC (Virtual Design and Construction) to ensure seamless data flow from office to site.
• Smart Site Management: Oversee the adoption of IoT, robotics, and drone technology to improve site safety and progress monitoring.
• Change Management: Cultivate a digital-first culture by upskilling the workforce and managing the transition from manual to automated processes.
