About the Role We are looking for a Head of Development, based in Madrid, to lead the Business and Project Development teams in identifying, developing, and securing renewable energy projects (solar, storage, agrivoltaics) within their assigned region. This role involves overseeing the entire project portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives, and driving the successful delivery of high-quality projects on time, within budget, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements. Your Main Responsibilities Lead and manage the Business and Project Development teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management;

Define and implement the regional project development strategy in line with Amarenco’s growth and sustainability objectives;

Lead the strategyfor Grid Access and Connection, managing relationships with TSOs/DSOs and overseeing the security of grid capacity;
