Head of Developer Experience

Landmark, a Halliburton company, builds software and data platforms for the global energy industry. We invest heavily in engineering and the Director of Developer Experience leads the drive to improve the development experience across the software delivery lifecycle: from local machine setup to release management and AI‑assisted development.

What you will do

Local Loop and Development Environment

Own the on‑machine development experience for Landmark engineers: environment standardization, toolchain consistency, local build performance, and developer hardware strategy.

Drive adoption of cloud‑based development environments, including remote dev environments, dev containers, and cloud dev boxes, to eliminate environment drift and reduce time‑to‑productivity for new engineers and new codebases.
